The new KPI’S have nothing to do with numbers!
The one question I’m asked all the time is what KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) to track so you consistently hit or surpass goals. Today, I want to share a new definition of KPI’s

- KEEP PEOPLE INSPIRED
- KEEP PEOPLE INVOLVED
- KEEP PEOPLE INFORMED
Whether you are an Owner/Manager or an individual producer, when you are interested, inspired, involved, and informed you will be more successful.
The last two years have been a roller coaster and NEW information, demands, processes, changes, and technology have come at us like a fire hose. So often, we are working at such a fast pace that we don’t have time to enjoy the fact that we help people advance in their career and help companies attain their goals DAILY! We change people’s lives for the BETTER, what an amazing Profession!
Seek out leaders who can inspire you, become more involved and informed and as a result your interest level and enjoyment of your job will increase. If you are an Owner or Manager, ask yourself what you are doing to increase interest, to inspire your team, to help you team be more engaged and involved and to keep your team informed.
Now is the time to write down your ten non-negotiable goals for the remainder of the year, with five dated action items, so you surge vs. limp into the third and fourth quarters of this year with great momentum. Every day show interest in your career, find people who can inspire you, get involved and if you don’t know answers – ask! That will ensure that you continue to grow in your career and experience even greater success.
