As a talent acquisition professional or recruiter, the words you speak are powerful, and change lives! Wouldn’t it be great to end this Holiday weekend with “powerful words” that could impact more people’s lives?
The words I’m referring to are your recommendations, 5-star ratings, reviews or testimonials. If you’ve been online shopping this past weekend, I’m sure you paid attention to the ratings for each company or product. Most buying decisions are made on ratings or recommendations.
You could help a small local business, stay in business. You could promote products or services that would benefit others, when you rate products you purchase, that could generate additional sales or you could write a review that could change a person’s life.
There is another way your words can be powerful. For most, this Holiday was different, limited and often lonely. A phone call to tell someone what they mean to you, could change their loneliness into joy. Wouldn’t this be a great way to end this Holiday of gratitude?
