About
Barb Bruno is an internationally recognized expert in the Recruiting, Talent Acquisition and Sales Professions. She is an award-winning Entrepreneur, Speaker, Author, LinkedIn Learning Instructor (16 courses) and has started or been involved in 7+ companies, that have changed lives all around the world.
For three decades Barb has been dedicated to deliver training to individuals and companies who are seeking transformation and increased success. As a single mom for fifteen years, providing for her family was the driving force behind her motivation to excel.
Barb wants to prevent you from making costly mistakes and save you time, frustration, and money. She helped design a customized LMS – Learning Management System for her Tutors and Coaching Club. These training products are self-paced, delivered online and offer LIVE interaction with Barb from the comfort of your office or home.


In addition, she has created a customized Career Portal for candidates you won’t hire or place. This resource provides a positive candidate experience and results in more referrals and positive social media posts.
Barb has won many awards including the highest designation offered by the National Association of Personnel Services, the Harold B. Nelson Award, and she was also inducted into their Hall of Fame. She received the Lincoln Award in IL and the Ancil T. Brown Award in IN. She was also recognized as a Woman of Merit for her many philanthropic endeavors.
Currently, Barb serves on the Advisory Council, of the Women’s Business Collaborative.
Barb currently resides in Indiana with her husband Tony and dog Candy. Her family, and the strong desire to mentor others, are the reasons she continues to “Make a Difference.”

Develop a robust and diverse leadership pipeline for future senior leadership roles. Next, upgrade the traditional hiring process to eliminate emotion and unconscious bias. I often help companies change their interview and hiring process and as a result, diversity hires increase.
